We love getting e-mails like this: "Hello, My wife and I have been having issues for the past 2 days with our furnace, and we were unable to get assistance from other companies. We finally found a family run business online called Brooks.

We received a call back shortly after we made an inquiry. Chad called and I explained the situation we were having. Within minutes He explained the reason why we were having an issue and how to fix the problem myself.

Bell Canada has apologized to me about 18 times today (all empty) but we do truly apologize for their incompetence!!!!
