I checked about 20 shops for a used tire and found two here. It's not the first time I've been here and I expected great service. I was not disappointed! I was in a hurry to go on a trip which I had to delay a day since my tire had blown on a Sunday. They moved another car out of the bay and proceeded to replace my unrepairable tire as well as another one, along with an additional tire rotation. Great job!

I have lived in Georgetown for just over 20 years, and from day one I have been getting the ultimate Service from R&R Complete Auto Tire. They have even come to my rescue to my own parking spot, to put air in my tire (so I wouldn’t need a tow truck) & charging my battery. Recently before the Covid self isolation was put into effect, my car had suddenly stalling out. I made it to R&R, and was immediately greeted by Ray. I had noticed the counter top filled with keys and work orders. However, less than 30 minutes later I drove home with a safe car ( it needed 3 litres of oil), and felt more like a family member then a customer.

Honest and extremely competent

Ray recommended snow over all seasons for my winter use and I have been so happy with this advice. The tires have amazing traction on snow and ice and in slippery rainy conditions. I feel so much safer now and more confident driving at all times. Thanks Ray!

So I've given Ray business over the years and ended up quite upset after some recent service. Ray actually took the time to contact me, explain what I had actually misunderstood, and walk me through the issue I was having with my truck. R&R definitely earned my respect by what they have done especially since I was pretty rude to him/them. I will definitely give them my future business and recommend to others. I was on my way from Ottawa to Georgetown to see my Grandmother and bring her, her favorite cookies when I got a flat tire. I was able to get to R&R Auto but it was a Saturday and they were closed. A gentleman, who I later found out was the owner, Ray, happened to see me outside. I really appreciated it when he opened his shop up to fix my car. He recommended that I replace both tires and gave me a really good price. When I took the old tires back to my mechanic in Ottawa, he said Ray gave me great advice and the price couldn't be beat! This down home service is hard to find these days. Anytime I talk to my friends and family in the Georgetown area, I recommend R&R Auto!

I have used pretty much every mechanic in Georgetown and have found many that can do the job, but when it comes to honesty integrity and all around perfomance the team at R+R have it all.Never have I had an issue with their work or price. Can`t go wrong with Ruth and Ray and their team.
