I use both time honored traditions and modern modalities to help you reach levels of self awareness that may have been previously inaccessible to you. With tools like my Define Work book you will embark of a journey of self discovery that will allow you to clearly see where you have become stuck in certain self defeating patterns but also where and HOW you can liberate yourself from limiting patterns of belief and behavior. I work with people both in Canada and the U.S. from various backgrounds and age groups and the one thing I consistently see is that everyone has a goal which is intricately connected to their life's purpose. My job as your coach is to guide you to success by teaching you to use your mind, body and soul to activate your internal compass which is naturally magnetized toward joy.
