So how did we manage the summer? Did we remember to breathe? I did, but as you can see from my journal page, sometimes the breathing was a bit broken. I read too many headlines, I tried to hard to bake bread, I forgot to really BREATHE - right from my belly up to my head.

But I soldiered on, just like y'all. Because there's no alternative! But, sometimes that takes a toll. You need an outlet. A way to take those emotions and express them. A "breather" to reconnect that breath, and place the air where you want.
