We love getting e-mails like this: "Hello, My wife and I have been having issues for the past 2 days with our furnace, and we were unable to get assistance from other companies. We finally found a family run business online called Brooks.
We received a call back shortly after we made an inquiry. Chad called and I explained the situation we were having. Within minutes He explained the reason why we were having an issue and how to fix the problem myself.
I have never received this level of service and assistance from a company, and I am not even a customer of yours yet! Needless to say, we will be calling you folks with all of our heating/air service needs, and recommending you to everyone we know.
