Dynamic Bodies Fitness Studio opened its standalone location in the Moore Park Plaza on Main St North after 13 years providing great personal training to Georgetown and Halton Hills women and men, first in owner Carrie’s home, and then in a seniors’ centre building.

With five trainers boasting expertise and certifications in a wide range of disciplines, including personal fitness training, kickboxing, yoga, TRX Suspension Training, holistic nutrition & wellness, STOTT Pilates, and more, Dynamic Bodies can offer every client a customized, accommodating environment for your fitness goals.

Carrie says Dynamic Bodies clients appreciate personal training from a team of coaches with life experience, who are easy to talk to, non-judgmental and know how to make the hard work fun.
