- Pfizer and Moderna: ages 12+ at time of vaccination.



* Second Dose:

- 8 Weeks after first dose, if first dose was Pfizer or Moderna



*Booster dose:

- Individuals 12-17 Years old, at least 168 days after second dose.

- Individuals 18+ at least 84 days after second dose.
